DIME Program for Disadvantaged and Low Income Communities

The Direct Installation for Multi-Family Efficiency (DIME) program is a year-long pilot program, sponsored by Long Beach Utilities, to retrofit multi-family dwellings with new water efficient appliances. Click here for more information and program eligibility requirements.
